Real Madrid transfer news: Neymar to quit PSG? Zidane wants Premier League star, and more

Real Madrid transfer news for the day

Neymar's stay at Paris Saint-Germain under doubt?

Neymar is now a favourite to sign for Real Madrid next summer after his PSG adventure has turned sour just 4 months after making a world record move to Paris.
Marcelo Bechler (The Journalist who first broke Neymar to PSG story) is convinced that Neymar is not happy in Paris and is already planning his exit from the Ligue 1 club.

Reports claim that Neymar is not seeing eye to eye with PSG manager Unai Emery and is uncomfortable with the reactions of PSG players after seeing his star treatment.
However, after Neymar burst down into tears during a press conference with Brazil no one exactly knows about Neymar's future at the moment.
Will he stay with PSG next season or will Real Madrid's offer be too tempting for the Brazilian to turn down? One thing seems certain that Neymar will dominate the next summer transfer window as well as he did during his transfer from Barcelona to PSG.

Zidane eyeing David Luiz transfer

Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is reportedly eyeing a shock January move for Chelsea's outcast David Luiz, who was dropped by manager Antonio Conte in the 1-0 win over Manchester United last week.
Conte called it a tactical switch but later confirmed that he does not see Luiz's future at Stamford Bridge while he is in charge.

According to Daily Star, the likes of Real Madrid, PSG, AC Milan, and Inter Milan all are interested in signing the Brazilian defender, who has a reputation of being mercurial on the pitch.
With Conte set to stay at least until the end of the season, it seems Luiz could be on his way out, with Real Madrid interested in his services following the long-term injury to Dani Alves and Pepe's exit in the summer.

Real Madrid to sign a short-term striker in January

Real Madrid are looking to sign a striker in January to add options in their attack after their sloppy start to the 2017/18 season.
Los Blancos are already 8 points behind Barcelona with the biggest worry being Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema's poor return of goals.
Manager Zinedine Zidane wants to have a plan B and feels signing a new striker could solve his problems.

Real Madrid have been known to sign stopgap strikers in the past with the likes of Emanuel Adebayor and Javier Hernandez being the most recent examples.
The Spanish champions are also linked with a move for Harry Kane in the summer, which hints at a more short-term striker signing with Real Madrid aiming to only complete a cut-price deal.
